Marquee Hire
Marquees at the 13th National
In order to ensure that everyone has a good spot and plenty of room, we have hired free standing Marquees, meaning we can fit more around the ring. They will be 4m deep and 3m wide (and you can add extra at 3m widths). They will have a back and two sides that cannot be removed. The cost is $220 per space eg: 4m x 3m $220 4m x 6m $440 etc....
There will be ring side space for those exhibitors who choose to bring their own canopy – but no other marquees will be allowed with in close proximity of the ring.
Two sides will have Marquees, one side allocated to exhibitors who bring their own canopies and the last side will depend on numbers.
The main ring will be covered with a 20m x 25m Marquee and around this will be tables & chairs for hire, as well as space for spectators to bring their own chairs and sit.
There will then be a row of Marquees down each side of the ring, approx 4 metres from the side of the ring allowing everyone to watch and enjoy.
Depending on how many are ordered will depend on how they are allocated, we can have 7 down each side of the ring, if more than that are required, they will then be allocated by a ballot system to ensure fairness to all. We do however require confirmed orders for these marquees, so if you are coming and definitely want one, please complete the order form below and return to the Secretary. We need to have numbers by 1st November 2011 and full payment by 1st February 2012.
